Library 3D Print Request Form

Please use this form to submit a request for a 3D print.

OFPL Makerspace 3D Printing Policy

Print files must be submitted through this form to be printed.
Prints will be completed in the order they are submitted.
Prints will be ready for pickup at the MakerSpace within 1 week of submission (large or complex prints may take longer and will require consultation with library staff).
Printed items will be held for you for up to 1 month.
Print costs are as follows: the first 15 grams of filament are free, and $0.15/gram above that.

Option 1: Upload Your STL File Directly

Accepted file type: .stl; max File Size: 50 MB; if your file is larger, please use the External URL option or contact us.

Option 2: Provide an External URL (e.g., Thingiverse)

External File URL: If using this option, please ensure the linked file is clearly specified for printing.

Scale my print down so that it is within the "free" range of ≤ 15g of filament.

Keep my print sized as-is. If there is a cost for printing my file, please contact me first to let me know how much before you print. (Note: your file may move back in the print queue.)

Keep my print sized as-is. I agree in advance to pay whatever it ends up being up to $20. (Note: if it's more than $20 we'll call you regardless, because you should just buy your own roll of filament.)
