In this hands-on activity, students investigate different methods—aeration and filtering—for removing pollutants from water. Working in teams, they design, build and test their own water filters.

Join us on Facebook, @galluplibrary, or YouTube at Octavia Fellin Public Library on Mondays at 4:00 PM. Create your own art using materials found around your home! Courses are geared towards individuals approximately 15-years and older.

STARTS AT 4:00 PM

Celebrate and honor Native American Heritage Month by making your own sand painting. Traditionally sand paintings are used in ceremonial practices but we will be using the fundamentals to create a unique painting.

Supply kits are available at OFPL on a first-come, first-serve basis using the Supply Request Form.
