Talking Tuesday – April 2021

Join us on Facebook, @galluplibrary or YouTube at Octavia Fellin Public Library every Tuesday at 4:00 p.m.

Tell us a story!

To celebrate the upcoming Authors Festival, we would like to hear your stories. Tell us about family, travel, your 2020 experience, or other tales. Submit a 3-5 minute video telling your story and join the creative genius of OFPL. Look for talks about books, authors, movies, food, making, and technology from our talented community

. EVERYBODY talks! DON’T Miss it!

Submissions can be sent to libtrain@gallupnm.gov or call (505) 863-1291 for more information.

Create Your Own Memes

FREE computer classes. Registration is not required but is available for anyone who wants to participate in the live stream course. Completion certificates available for live stream classes.

WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 30th AT 4:00 P.M.

You’ve read them, laughed at them, and even shared them. Memes are a great way to make statements, entertain, and more. So why not make your own? Learn how in this session.

Classes will be available on OFPL social media channels @galluplibrary.

Email libtrain@gallupnm.gov or call 505-863-1291 for more information.

Red vs Green Challenge

Throughout December, help OFPL determine which is better: Red Chile or Green Chile.

All month long, there will be a display where you can vote on Red, Green, or Christmas as the best way to have chile served. In addition, please share your favorite chile recipes on our community board.

Come by the OFPL Main Library at 115 West Hill Ave. and cast your vote!
