The Friends of the Octavia Fellin Public Library is having a membership drive in-person at the Rio West Mall on February 11th from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The Friends is a non-profit organization focused on investing in our library’s continued success and growth, and enhancing the quality of life for the people in our community.
