OFPL Clubs & Organizations
OFPL offers different clubs and organizations that meet regularly and involve intellectual discussions, college success skills, and creative expansion.
Chess Club
Through the game of chess, members of the club are able to bond and improve their chess skills!
- Each Tuesday we will learn and practice chess theory and strategy together.
- Each Friday we will compete in a tournament-style format. Prizes will be awarded!
All ages are welcome, although this is targeted at the age 8-18 range. Participants do not need to attend every event.
We READ, We TALK Book Club
OFPL hosts a quarterly book club to share intellectual thoughts and passionate discussions about a common book selection.
Bury My Heart at Chuck E. Cheese’s by Tiffany Midge is the next We READ, We TALK Book Club read.
