We have presenters, filmmakers, artists, poets and authors from the Four Corners and beyond. String Painting

Create your own art using materials found around your home! Courses are geared towards individuals approximately 15-years of age and older. Supply kits are available at OFPL on a first-come, first-serve basis using the Supply Request Form. Videos are posted weekly on Mondays at 4:00 p.m.

Tune in on Monday, March 29th at 4:00 p.m. to create vivid mono- or dual-color abstract prints utilizing liquid watercolor and string on water-durable paper.

Beauty Potion

Ingredient list is available below:

Beauty Potion

INGREDIENTS:

• 3 Tbsp. Rosewater
• 1/2 tsp. Aloe Vera Gel
• 1/2 tsp. Olive Oil (Substitute for jojoba, almond, or coconut oil)
• 1/2 tsp. Glycerine

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix the aloe gel with glycerine to form a smooth paste.
  2. Then add olive oil or almond oil and finally add rose water.
  3. Store it in a small container and use it whenever you feel like.
  4. Take a pea sized amount of the serum and massage in upward motion on the skin for a minute or two. Use every day or on alternative days. Massage your neck and face in upward motions.

We READ, We TALK Book Club Zoom Discussions

OFPL’s Book Club is reading The Only Good Indians by Stephen Graham Jones.

The story follows four American Indian men after a disturbing event from their youth puts them in a desperate struggle for their lives.
