Navajo Rug Weaving – July 2022

OFPL X-STREAM Summer 2022

Diné weaver Lois A. Becenti with Diné Be´ iinà – The Navajo Lifeway will host Navajo Rug Weaving Classes on the fourth Friday of every month.Join OFPL in-person at the Main Library on July 22nd from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Learn the fundamentals and techniques of rug weaving in traditional Diné style, including warping, carding and spinning. Please bring your own weaving materials and/or projects.
