Inter-Library Loan (ILL)
Borrow Possibilities
Requests for materials the library does not own can be made online or with the front desk at both the Main Library and the Children’s Branch.
Inter-Library Loans are executed through a network of regional libraries that allow items within different public library collections to be borrowed, free of charge, to neighbors at other public libraries.
Due dates for ILL materials loaned to OFPL are determined not by OFPL, but by the lending library. ILL materials cannot be renewed and late ILLs are fined by the lending library’s fee return policy.
*ILLs not picked up by neighbor will be fined a shipping fee.
